Time magazine has announced its second annual list of the world’s 100 greatest destinations to experience right now in 2019. From America’s hottest hometown pizzeria to a Tokyo museum bringing digital art to life, it has covered all the best places around. The list was The list was broken down into three categories: 37 places to visit, 44 places to stay, and 19 places to eat and drink.
From India, ‘Statue of Unity’ in Gujarat featured in greatest places to visit in 2019 while Mumbai’s Soho House listed in greatest places to stay 2019.
The 597-ft tall ‘Statue of Unity’, the world’s tallest statue, is a tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, independent India’s first home minister, who is popularly known as the ‘Iron man of India’.
Mumbai’s Soho House, located in an 11storey building, is a members’ club and hotel overlooking Juhu Beach, with a rooftop pool and bar.
