Mark dates on the calendar: you must mark the dates of shows and events in which you are going to participate because it will help you be more focused. The first week: At the start of the first week, you must consume six eggs with sautéed mushrooms and breast of turkey. In addition to this, you can also have broccoli and baked potatoes with chicken breast.
The second week: you can consume oatmeal daily with protein. In the second meal, you must have white eggs with one cup of broccoli sautéed with onions. Chicken breast must not be skipped.
