People who can’t always afford to invest too much time in cooking and yet want a quick-fix for their hunger should take a look at noodle recipes. They are usually easy to cook, need fewer ingredients, and can be prepared within a very short time. If you have kids at home or you are living alone in an apartment, you should always keep noodle packets in your kitchen so that whenever you feel hungry, you can cook something within 10 to 15 minutes to satisfy your hunger. There are several types of noodle salads and soups that you can try on a daily basis. And the best part is that you switch up the choice of protein or vegetable to completely change the dish.
Noodles are a staple food of people in Asian countries like Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and nowadays they are also becoming equally famous among people belonging to countries like the US, France, Germany, Italy and even Russia. Since noodles are so simple to prepare, people who are not even interested in cooking end up entering their kitchen just to prepare a quick noodle recipe.
You can try below dish with your favorite A-Sha Dry Noodles
300 grams A-sha Dry Noodles
800 ml beef stock
1 tablespoon freshly chopped ginger
3 finely chopped cloves of garlic
2 to 3 finely chopped green chilies
2 teaspoons five spice powder
3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
500grams stewing beef
2 teaspoons brown sugar
4 stalks lemongrass ( make sure that you remove the outer leaves)

Cooking Instructions
- The first and foremost step that you need to take while preparing this dish is to prepare the beef stew, for which you need to create the paste of ginger, chili, lemongrass, and coriander. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse them until you get a fine paste or puree.
- Now take a medium sized pan and heat some oil in it and then add the puree that you have just made. Cook it for around 5 to 6 minutes, before you add anything else to it.
- Once the puree is effectively cooked then add five spice powder, stock, soy sauce and beef to the pan and let it boil. Once it comes to boil, reduce the heat, put a lid on the pan and let it simmer for around 1 hour.
- Remove the lid from the pan after one hour, and then cook it for another 10 additional minutes.
- Now keep the stew aside, and take another pan and boil some water in it to cook the noodles. It’s always better to read the instructions on the package fully before you start cooking the noodles. And once your noodles are cooked make sure that you drain the water immediately to prevent them from over-cooking.
- Now divide the noodles equally in four bowls and pour beef stew in them.
Finally, garnish them with lime wedges and sprinkle the remaining coriander leaves in each bowl.
