Terrorist attacks have occurred frequently in India from many years. Recently on Feb 14, 2019 our Jawans were attached by a vehicle-bound suicide bomber in Lethpora near Awantipora, Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The car, reportedly a Mahindra Scorpio, was carrying more than 350 kg of explosives. We have lost 49 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel. The responsibility of the attack was claimed by the Pakistan-based Islamist militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed, a terrorist, Deobandi, jihadist group active in Kashmir.
Did you remember when Indian Airlines Flight 814 was hijacked in December 1999, we were forced to release three dangerous terrorists Maulana Masood Azhar, Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh and Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar. One in them, Masood Azhar is leading Jaish-e-Mohammed group.
The suicide terrorist, 22-year-old Adil Ahmad Dar, lived just 10 km from the attack site at Awantipora. He was a school dropout who had joined the Jaish-e-Mohammad last year.
CRPF has strongly responded online, and everyone in the coutry are eagerly waiting the revenge time and their offline, on field reaction.
