- Refunds are not permitted. Formation service providers typically offer some sort of refund policy. A cancellation fee is usually charged, and the rest of the money is refunded. There is no refund policy with Inc Authority. Once your order is placed, you are unable to cancel it.
- On weekends, there is no customer service. They do not work on weekends despite having excellent customer service and knowledgeable and friendly representatives.
- Additional hours of service are from 9 am to 5 am (PST). As we all know, new business owners don’t keep regular business hours, so you will have to wait until the morning to receive an answer to your question if you call at 8 p.m.
