Everyone wants to know what everyone is searching for. Google has a culture of providing the top ten raising searches of every year. It’s this time of the year again. Zeitgeist sorted billions of Google searches to capture the year’s 10 fastest-rising global queries and the rest of the spirit of 2011.
Here comes the top 10 raising searches in Google for 2011:

3. Ryan Dunn
4. Casey Anthony
5. Battlefield 3
6. iPhone 5
7. Adele
8. ?? ?? (Tokyo Electric Power Company)
9. Steve Jobs
10. iPad2
Interestingly Facebook is out of the list for the first time which was one of the top searches from 2007. Google+ is the only online service from the top 10, down from 6 services last year (Chatroulette, Friz, Myxer, Twitter, Gamezer, Facebook). It’s the first time in Google’s history when a Google service makes the top 3. Previously Orkut was the 5th top raising query in 2005 and Youtube was 7th place in 2007.
