- 3 peeled medium sized boiled potatoes

- ½ cup mint coriander chutney
- ½ cup sweet tamarind chutney
- ½ cup red chutney
- 4 tbs finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
- Black Salt or White rock salt (as required)
- Red Chilli powder (as required)
- Chaat masala (as required)

PREPARATION
Process to prepare the Dish
- First of all, arrange the puris or the golgappas in a plate. A plate contains maximum 6 puris or you can decide it on your own.
- Crack a small hole in the centre of the puris.
- Now, Stuff the puris with the boiled potatoes.
- Add the chopped onion, tomato and cucumber in the stuffing.
- Add fresh curd to the stuffing now.
- Now, you can give the toppings of mint coriander chutney, sweet tamarind chutney- and red chutney to the puris as per your taste.
- Now, Sprinkle the dry masalas like black salt, chaat masala and jeera salt as per the requirements.
- Add the sev on the top of puris.
